These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.starenabler.com and all associated services, features, tools, and content (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "you") and Star Enabler.

Our mission is to help sellers and businesses build, manage, and scale their presence across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Walmart, Ajio, eBay, and Etsy — making online selling simple, effective, and profitable.

By accessing our website, registering for our services, clicking "I Agree", submitting an inquiry form, or actually using our Services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You may also accept these Terms by receiving and using any proposal, quotation, or service agreement issued by Star Enabler.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older
• Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable laws of India or any other jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and onboarding
• Be a legitimate business owner, proprietor, or authorized representative of a company

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Star Enabler offers a comprehensive suite of e-commerce and digital services, including but not limited to:

The scope of services provided to each client will be as agreed upon in the respective service agreement, proposal, or onboarding documentation. Star Enabler reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

As a user or client of Star Enabler, you agree to:

• Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to access our systems, tools, or databases through automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized means
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information required for service delivery
• Cooperate with our team and respond to communications in a timely manner
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our infrastructure
• Not use our Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Comply with the seller policies of all marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) whose accounts we manage on your behalf
• Not use our Services to conduct fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Not reproduce, duplicate, resell, or redistribute any part of our Services without our written consent

In order to provide seller account management services, you may be required to share access credentials for your marketplace seller accounts (such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) with Star Enabler.

By sharing such credentials, you:

• Authorize Star Enabler to access and operate your seller accounts solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services
• Acknowledge that you remain the sole owner of your marketplace accounts
• Agree that Star Enabler will maintain strict confidentiality of all credentials and will not share them with unauthorized parties
• Accept responsibility for ensuring your account credentials are valid and up to date

Star Enabler will handle all shared credentials with the highest level of security. However, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on all your accounts and changing passwords periodically. Star Enabler shall not be held liable for any security breach resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your credentials.

The fees for Star Enabler's services will be communicated to you during the onboarding process and outlined in your service agreement or proposal. The following payment terms apply:

• All fees must be paid in advance or as per the schedule agreed in your service contract
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed payment methods
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise
• Services will commence only upon receipt of confirmed payment
• Star Enabler reserves the right to revise its pricing with 30 days' prior notice

Refund Policy

All fees paid to Star Enabler are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced, except in cases where Star Enabler is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons solely attributable to us. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@starenabler.com and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All content, materials, tools, calculators, designs, graphics, text, and software available on www.starenabler.com — including the Star Enabler brand, logo, and proprietary methodologies — are the exclusive property of Star Enabler and are protected under applicable Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from our website without written permission
• Using our brand name, logo, or trademarks in any form without prior authorization
• Mirroring or framing any part of our website on another platform
• Reverse engineering any of our tools, software, or proprietary systems

Any content or materials you provide to Star Enabler for service delivery (such as product images, descriptions, or brand assets) remain your intellectual property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Star Enabler makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Guarantees of specific sales volumes, revenue targets, or marketplace rankings
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access to our website or tools
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided on our website
• Results achieved by other clients being replicated for your business
• The continued availability of any marketplace platform or third-party service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Star Enabler, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or damage to systems
• Marketplace account suspensions or penalties imposed by third-party platforms
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your accounts
• Any damages arising from reliance on information provided on our website

In no event shall Star Enabler's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event.

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice as per the terms outlined in the individual service agreement. Star Enabler reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You fail to make payments as agreed
• We determine that your activities pose a legal, reputational, or security risk
• You provide false or misleading information during onboarding

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You must destroy or return any materials obtained from our Services. Star Enabler will return access credentials to your accounts within 7 business days of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, either party may pursue legal remedies as permitted by applicable law.

Star Enabler reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed.
